Telekinesis class number 6 – Meditation

Right, meditation.

And the question is, why? What is the connection between meditation and telekinesis?

Meditation and telekinesis.

Let’s start with a discovery that not many people know: the word ‘meditation’ comes from the word ‘meditatum’ – which is “to ponder” in Latin.

“To ponder? Is not meditation actually ’emptying the mind of thoughts’?”

No. If this were the case, drinking a bottle of beer would also be considered a successful meditation exercise.

“I’m stunned! So what exactly is meditation?!”

Think brighter.

“Wow!!! Ah… Wait: So, what’s the difference between meditation and concentration actually…?”

In meditation you are not actively involved in the action, that’s all. Do you understand?

Since not, I will explain:

Meditation is not “active involvement” in action. Meditation is “looking” at an action, solely at it, from a very relaxed place. In concentration, you also run the action. Differences? In concentration: You may analyze the action, criticize it, think about it as you concentrate. In meditation: you do not do all this, but only look at the action to a level that is clear before your eyes. In concentration: You can also perform the action. In meditation: you do no action (although you can go into action out of meditation, but then you have already “out” of meditation).

The connection between telekinesis and meditation becomes clear here. 1. Clarity, in an action like telekinesis, is necessary. 2. Being able to look clearly at any action that you are not physically involved in is critical. 3. Concentration is one of the most important things for successful telekinesis, and since meditation causes better concentration, it is a very powerful tool for performing telekinesis and telepathy.

The benefits of meditation:

The benefits of meditation are many and enormous. Take for example improving heart health, strengthening the immune system, reducing anxiety, increasing concentration, better sleep, improving the ability to put things in the right proportions, strengthening calmness and serenity, self-acceptance, interpersonal compassion, ability to focus on what is now, coping with better stress , Reducing depression, higher emotional awareness, improving patience, improving relationships, being able to deal with distractions and temporary disengagement from the “atomic pilot” who runs our lives, and also a religious/anti-religious advantage that meditation has: simple meditation is not a spiritual or religious exercise, But mental. Which means that if you are religious you can practice meditation because it does not hurt your faith, and if you are not, you have nothing to fear from.

Tips for successful meditation, and first exercise:

Meditation, if practiced correctly, is much easier than it may sound.

1. Find a comfortable position. It is better to sit than to lie down because you have to be alert but calm. This should be a position where your body will agree to be in it without moving for 10 minutes or less.

2. Set a clock and set aside time for exercise, something like between 4-10 minutes. Set the time for meditation well, (recommended for a short time), and do not continue after it is over.

3. The main part: Monitor your breathing as it enters and exits. This is meditation in and of itself.

4. Be alert for the moment when your consciousness will abandon the monitoring of the breaths in favor of some distraction. Once you notice, allow the distraction for a few seconds before returning to the focus on breathing. The fact that your mind turned to other thoughts and recognized it is a great sign, and the reference to other thoughts is very natural. The mistake here would be to get angry or judge yourself because your mind turned to another thought.

5. Do not finish at once. Smile, open your eyes slowly, pay attention to the sounds and sounds around you, and notice the different and normal feeling of your body in this moment.

Constant practice of this simple meditation exercise will benefit your life in a variety of areas, and not necessarily in telekinesis. It’s like oiling bicycle chains, or drinking vitamins. This is a great addition to a good life. Anyway, we will try very hard in our next telekinesis classes to bring more types of meditations. And until then, see you in the next telekinesis class! 😊
